• Deliver preventative, supportive, and restorative care per standards of practice.
• Administer and document medications and clinical treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to Nursing Director and physician.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain complete client records and participate in quality improvement.
