Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead a part-time team in Fair Lawn, NJ. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate care, and ensure quality home health services.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with a BSN and at least 2 years in community/home health settings, plus a valid driver’s license. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and balances clinical duties with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ
• BSN or related field with 2+ years RN experience
• Direct nursing in home/assisted living; NJ rules compliance
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong English communication; capable of lifting/bending/standing

Responsibilities

• Evaluate/document clients' needs; deliver preventative, supportive, and restorative care as per standards
• Administer medications and document treatments per Plan of Care
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies
• Interpret health status and report changes to Director of Nursing and physician
• Adhere to infection control and HIPAA standards; maintain safe environment
• Maintain complete client records and timecards; participate in quality improvement
• Report to Director of Nursing

Skills
