Job summary
Acloché LLC in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role (20 hours per week). You will provide direct nursing care, implement treatments, and assess client needs in home or assisted living settings.
The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, a BSN or related health field degree, and at least 2 years of community or home health experience. Strong English communication and reliable driving are required.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- BSN or related health field degree and at least 2 years RN experience in community/home health.
- Experience delivering direct nursing services in home or assisted living, familiar with NJ rules/regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
- Strong English communication, stress-management, and ability to lift and stand.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs; provide care.
- Administer medications and document treatments per the Plan of Care.
- Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
- Report significant changes in client status to the Director of Nursing and attending physician.
- Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and maintain complete client records.
