Job summary

Pitman Manor, a United Methodist Communities senior living community in Pitman, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part‑time role. The position offers 2 shifts per week and an every‑other‑weekend rotation, with hourly pay and a $1.50 weekend differential.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, resident assessments, care documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with families and staff to support resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to receive a flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions available).
• Experience in long‑term care or senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Check on residents regularly and assess how they're doing.
• Give hands‑on, compassionate nursing care following each resident's care plan.
• Document care and medications in our EHR right after you give them.
• Help build and update care plans based on resident assessments.
• Work with residents, families, and coworkers to support each resident's well‑being.
