Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Pitman Manor in Pitman, NJ. Earn $40.33–$50.33/hr with a $1.50/hr weekend differential. Only two shifts weekly with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, discharging residents, and delivering compassionate care per care plans while documenting in our EHR. Prior long‑term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to receive a flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions available).
• Preferred: Experience in long‑term care or senior living.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Check on residents regularly and assess how they're doing.
• Give hands‑on, compassionate nursing care following each resident's care plan.
• Document care and medications in our EHR right after you give them.
• Help build and update care plans based on resident assessments.
• Work with residents, families, and coworkers to support each resident's well‑being.
