Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Downtown Medical Group—Sleep and Respiratory Suite 500E to support the pulmonary team. The role emphasizes ambulatory care, nursing process, and coordination with physicians in an outpatient setting.

The position requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year of clinic or acute care nursing experience, with benefits eligible. Work hours run 30 per week, Mon-Thu 7:30–4:30 and Fri 7:30–12, on-site at Billings Medical Group.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinic or acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care per standards and procedures.
• Obtain patient consent and document confidentiality.
• Document health history, vitals, and risk factors; assess condition.
• Provide care per guidelines, standards, and laws.
• Administer medications and monitor response; consult physicians as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health status and management.
• Document data using medical records systems.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care.
• Monitor quality data for care management.
