Job summary

Ecumen, a Minnesota-based nonprofit senior living provider, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will deliver nursing care, administer medications, document treatments, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care on your unit.

You will supervise Nursing Assistants and other clinical staff, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license current in Minnesota.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to residents/patients within the LPN scope.
• Coordinates care with other departments from admission to discharge.
• Assists RN with assessments, documentation, and data collection.
• Administers medications and monitors patient condition as ordered.
• Maintains safety and infection control adherence for residents and staff.
• Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
