Stella Maris Inc. is seeking a Part-Time RN/LPN in Maryland to provide high-quality nursing care in a residential eldercare setting. The role operates 3p-11p with every other weekend requirements, joining a team of skilled nurses and caregivers.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in the State of Maryland.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process to identify residents' needs using the interdisciplinary team approach.
• Monitors residents' physical and mental status and responds to clinical changes.
• Responds to resident call lights and serves as a role model for care team.
• Maintains documentation in the patient health record to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provides physical and emotional support with compassion and care.
