Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process with interdisciplinary team to provide resident care.
• Monitors residents' physical and mental status and responds to changes.
• Responds to call lights and communicates clearly with staff, residents, and families.
• Maintains documentation in the patient health record for regulatory compliance.
• Provides physical and emotional support with compassion.
