Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process to identify residents/patients' needs using the interdisciplinary team approach to provide interventions.
• Monitors resident status and responds to clinical changes and emergencies; communicates with staff, residents, practitioners, and families.
• Answer call lights and serve as a role model for the care team.
• Maintain proper documentation in the health record to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide physical and emotional support with compassion and care.
