Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly update them.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure clear communication.
