The role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Billing Accuracy, and Process Management, overseeing recurring billing, failed payments tracking, contract price increases, and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM systems (Salesforce or Keap).

Qualifications

• Extremely detail oriented and organized with strong process discipline.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational software.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Keap is a plus.
• Able to communicate with leadership and external partners clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and verify recurring billing information for new clients.
• Audit billing records for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and drive recovery of failed payments across processors.
• Track annual contract price increases and apply updates.
• Maintain revenue reporting dashboards and assist reconciliation.
• Coordinate with COO, Office Manager, and external partners on priorities.
