Qualifications

• Experience with subscription or recurring revenue businesses.
• Experience in revenue operations or billing administration.
• Vendor management or procurement experience.
• Expense tracking and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Keap, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of payment processing platforms (Stripe, ACH).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recurring billing records for new and existing clients.
• Verify contract pricing, billing schedules, and terms in systems.
• Audit billing records for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Review subscriptions and invoices to prevent issues.
• Support improvements to billing processes and documentation.
• Prepare recurring revenue & operations reports.
• Monitor expenses and vendor invoices; identify cost savings.
• Coordinate with external finance partners on billing questions.
