Job summary

Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator to ensure clean, organized, and welcoming spaces for retreats and events in Stanton, Tennessee. The role partners with the Associate Director to oversee the cleaning team, coordinate food-service areas, and manage supplies and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and proactive, able to spot needs, coordinate resources, and follow through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilities coordination, hospitality, or retreat/event operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for guests, staff, and vendors.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently within priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and guest spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventories for retreats within budgets.
• Support staffing and scheduling for retreat operations and events.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on-site and follow up on work.
• Assist with room, event, and outdoor setup as needed.
