Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for experience in facility maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Texas driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and grounds.
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep facilities safe and functional.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, pruning, and landscaping.
• Support event setup and breakdown for retreats and conferences.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and power tools safely.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
