Job summary

Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center in Stanton, Tennessee, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure a welcoming, well-prepared environment for retreats and events. You will supervise the cleaning team, coordinate food-service and supplies, and manage vendor follow-through with the Associate Director.

This hands-on role requires initiative, organization, and the ability to work with guests, staff, and diocesan personnel. The position offers part-time hours with potential expansion.

Qualifications

• Catholic faith and alignment with the Diocese mission.
• Experience in facilities coordination, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests, vendors, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and use ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning team to maintain clean, welcoming guest areas.
• Coordinate food and supply inventories and purchasing.
• Serve as on-site contact for vendors and follow through on work.
• Assist with event setup and staffing coordination.
• Meet weekly with the Associate Director to review retreats and priorities.
• Maintain organized storage areas, inventories, and vendor information.
