Job summary

The ODPGroup, including Office Depot and ODP Business Solutions, seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales across products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings. You will build relationships with customers, support a customer-centric store culture, and may perform Leader on Duty duties while maintaining store standards and safety.

Responsibilities include leading print services, optimizing operations, engaging clients, and supporting community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3 years sales/service experience.
• Basic computer skills and POS system familiarity.
• Print services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: follow procedures and visual standards; minimize waste.
• Client Engagement: coach staff and enhance customer experience; community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and loss prevention duties.
