The role emphasizes customer relationship-building, community engagement, and adherence to Office Depot 5C values. You may perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, with a strong emphasis on delivering total solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist in Print Services area.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately and adhere to procedures and visual standards; assist with loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: drive client satisfaction and develop selling skills and product knowledge.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: perform opening/closing and ensure safety and loss prevention.
