Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales; operate Print Services equipment; coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures and visual standards; identify improvements and support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: drive customer satisfaction, train associates, and support community outreach; develop selling skills.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety, perform opening/closing duties, and monitor KPIs and cash handling.
