Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining strong store standards in a Miami, FL location.

Responsibilities include leading Print Services, optimizing operations, engaging clients, and fulfilling Leader on Duty duties. Prior experience in retail sales and strong communication are preferred to support our 5C values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support print operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: drive client satisfaction and community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and store security.
