Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead at our Miami, FL location. This role focuses on driving store sales through total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings.

You will build customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and uphold a customer-centric store culture aligned with 5C values. The position includes duties such as Print Services leadership, external key carrier responsibilities, and Leader on Duty tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist in Print Services area.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, meet deadlines, and uphold merchandising standards; support loss prevention.
