Job summary

Office Depot in Waipahu, Hawaii, seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead who drives the sale of products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build lasting customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor using the training provided.

As a part-time Key Carrier and potential Leader on Duty, you will help maintain store standards, assist with opening/closing, and support loss prevention, with emphasis on community engagement and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation, operate Print Services equipment, coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, follow procedures, visual standards, and loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: drive customer satisfaction, coach associates, participate in community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities, ensure safety, review cash handling and logs.
