Job summary

Office Depot is hiring a part-time Retail Team Lead in Columbus, OH. You will drive sales across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print, building strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor with the help of training.

You will support a customer-centric environment, contribute to a positive store culture, and lead with the 5C values. You will also perform Essential Leader on Duty duties, handle opening/closing tasks, and help maintain strong loss prevention

• Drive customer satisfaction through coaching and training of team members and by delivering total solutions.
• Perform opening or closing responsibilities as part of External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty duties.
