Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, support sales, and uphold the Office Depot 5C values in a store-wide, customer-centric environment.

The role includes leading print services, store operations, and potential Leader on Duty responsibilities. Candidates should have strong selling skills and be capable of coaching teammates while driving customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent selling skills and customer focus are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists in Print Services area to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures, and maintain visual standards.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and prevent loss.
• Contribute to sales and profitability through conversion and higher AOV.
• Drive client satisfaction with coaching and training of associates.
• Support community outreach initiatives to drive client retention.
• Perform Opening/Closing duties as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty.
• Ensure cash handling and loss prevention compliance as needed.
