Job summary

Jamesavery is seeking a Part-Time Store Supervisor for the Granbury, TX location to lead in-store operations and provide exceptional guest service. You will work as part of the Retail Store Leadership Team at the Luton Ranch Granbury location, directing personnel and ensuring high standards of customer care.

You will assist in opening/closing the store, train associates, manage schedules, and participate in inventory and merchandising processes.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent with a minimum 1-year retail or customer service experience preferred; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen per company standards before starting.
• Preferred supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Resolves guest issues effectively.
• Keeps supervisor informed of product, guest, and/or personnel issues.
• Monitors and approves guest’s returns per retail policies.
• Monitors associates guest service levels and provides feedback.
• Utilizes GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or phone.
