Job summary

Jamesavery is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support the Store Management with in-store supervision and frontline leadership at Bar W Marketplace in Georgetown/Leander, TX. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, merchandising presentation, and team training on a daily basis.

You will interact with guests to assist selections, resolve issues, and ensure high service levels, while coordinating with supervisors for inventory, scheduling, and store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year retail or customer service experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen per Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Resolve guest issues effectively and monitor guest service levels.
• Lead store opening and closing duties and provide training to associates.
• Coordinate inventory processes including cycle counts and shipments.
• Communicate product trends and store needs to District Manager.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies and company standards.
