Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time to drive memorable in-store experiences at our Brandon, FL location. You’ll lead the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and proactive service.

This role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to daily store operations. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail experience, prior leadership preference, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
