• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.

• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Assist in all store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to optimize floor coverage and merchandising.
• Stay informed on product launches and brand initiatives to engage customers.
