Zusammenfassung

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support customer service, and develop the team at our Holland, MI location. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and communications to ensure a positive shopping environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior store management experience in retail. You will train associates, enforce policies, and drive sales while maintaining safety and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; able to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect assets and cash; enforce policies and safety guidelines.
• Help store manager supervise, train, and develop associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
