Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Hudsonville, Michigan. You will assist with daily store functions and help lead store associates to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and engage in physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
• Organize, stock, and transfer merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
• Open and close the store when needed.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and loss prevention.
