James Avery Artisan Jewelry in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Retail Store Leader to assist store management with in-store supervision and direct personnel. You will lead a team and provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, resolving issues, overseeing opening/closing, training associates and participating in inventory and events to support store goals.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent with retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Pass a background check and an alcohol/controlled substance screen that meets Company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and assists guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Resolves guest issues effectively.
• Monitors guest service levels; provides feedback as needed.
• Performs store opening and closing duties.
• Coordinates regular associate training and/or seasonal training; delegates assignments.
• Assists in annual inventory processes and shipping/receiving per company procedures.
