Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Directs personnel as part of the Store Leadership Team.
• Resolves guest issues effectively.
• Monitors and approves guest returns per policy.
• Monitors associates guest service levels and provides feedback.
• Leads store opening and closing duties.
• Provides training to associates in guest service and sales.
• Assists in inventory processes and cycle counts; coordinates shipping/receiving.
• Participates in regularly scheduled store meetings and company events.
• Maintains in-store presentation per visual merchandising guidelines.
