Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, ensure store standards.
• Maximize store profitability and maintain visual merchandising.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and stockroom tasks.
