Job summary

Timberland in San Diego seeks a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates and model selling behaviors.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in stockroom management, inventory flow, and merchandising.
• Ensure safety, policies, and loss prevention practices are followed.
