Job summary

PUMA Locust Grove is seeking a Retail Supervisor - Part Time to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Locust Grove, VA store.

You will drive sales and KPIs, manage payroll, merchandise opportunities, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment. With 1–2 years in customer‑service retail, you’ll lead a small team, adapt to non‑traditional hours, and help us meet budget goals while delivering the PUMA brand experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software.
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required; ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Payroll control to maintain profitability while providing high levels of service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
