Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in stockroom operations: organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
