Job summary

Compass Group USA, ranked as a leading hospitality and food service company, is hiring a Part-Time Retail Supervisor for Rank + Rally in Austin. The role focuses on coaching staff, protecting customer service standards, and ensuring smooth retail operations during sports events and everyday store hours.

You will work with event teams and store leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The position requires a High School Diploma, 1–2 years in retail or customer service, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Available for ALL events and some weekday shifts.
• Strong customer service and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Experience in supervising and coaching store staff.
• Ability to read reports and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train store employees in customer service and store operations.
• Assist Managers with opening/closing retail locations.
• Operate and troubleshoot the POS system.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
• Display and promote merchandise to generate sales.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, monitor productivity.
• Manage inventory and fulfill online orders timely.
• Support event staff supervision for ALL events (on-site or off-site).
