Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Part-Time Retail Supervisor for Rank + Rally’s Verde Store at Q2 Stadium in Austin. You will lead by example, train staff, manage customer service, and support Austin FC event operations across events both on-site and off-site.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, 18+ years old, and ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Instapay and other benefits are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or its equivalency).
• 1-2 years in retail (or customer service).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work ALL events and some weekday availability.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Skilled in all job functions within a retail operation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to train new employees and drive customer service.
• Ability to read and understand reports, policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, and excellent observation and analytical abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or remain in a stationary position for 4-8 hours.
• Ability to respectfully and successfully communicate with the client and their partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, train and supervise store employees in customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist Austin FC Retail Managers with event staff supervision during all events.
• Open/close retail locations and manage store duties.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain merchandise display and inventory to generate sales.
