Job summary

Gap is seeking a store associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support store leadership, model selling behaviors, and help drive a best-in-class customer experience both in-store and through omni-channel touchpoints.

You will educate customers on loyalty programs, maintain daily tasks, and collaborate to ensure open/close procedures are completed accurately. A flexible schedule and physical work are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use technology to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Become an expert of the brand's selling behaviors and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus.

• Assist with opening/closing checklists and daily operations.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
