Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead daily store operations, champion customer service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the heart of the store, you’ll coach team members, manage scheduling, uphold brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to every guest. The role is part-time with base pay $16.50–$17.50 per hour and offers opportunities for growth and bonus potential.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and handling issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Administer progressive discipline as needed while the Store Manager is away.
• Create a respectful, inclusive environment and ensure policy adherence.
• Support recruiting, training, and onboarding of store staff.
