Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role in Flagstaff, AZ. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $19.50 per hour, with responsibilities spanning store leadership, customer service, and inventory control.

You will act as the on-duty manager when needed, coach staff, handle scheduling, and ensure store standards and programs are followed to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline when the Store Manager is absent.
• Engage the team to create a fun, productive environment and align work with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protect inventory and funds.
