Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to actively support store operations by guiding team members, maintaining merchandise and production standards, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. In partnership with the Store Manager, this role helps oversee daily workflow, trains staff on procedures, and supports the achievement of sales and production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and donation systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow to ensure merchandise and production standards are met.
• Assist with training, coaching, and guiding team members on customer service, merchandising, production, and POS procedures.
• Contribute to meeting store sales and production goals by monitoring performance and maintaining efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety procedures, and mission standards while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
