Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is hiring a Retail Shift Supervisor to support store operations and guide team members in daily tasks at our Naples location. You will help maintain merchandise and production standards, direct workflow, and ensure timely completion of duties.

The ideal candidate is confident in directing others, comfortable making decisions during busy periods, and committed to a mission‑driven work environment. Training staff on POS and donation procedures is part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn how to correctly use all POS and donation systems.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of business-related mathematics.
• Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods of time and the possibility of occasionally working where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and assign tasks to support daily store operations.
• Train, coach, and guide team members in customer service, merchandising, production, and POS procedures.
• Help meet store sales, expense, and production goals by monitoring performance and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety procedures, and mission standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
