Job summary

MINISO seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, opens/closes, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store's membership program.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between locations. A high school diploma is required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Ability to train associates and drive customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and participate in promotions and events.
