Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and training. You will help maintain KPIs, support merchandising, and engage customers on the floor and at the register.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong leadership, and cash-handling skills. You will promote the store's membership program while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail desired.
• Wosterful customer service and cash-handling capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Promote the membership program and assist with promotions and loss prevention.
