Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive KPI results, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program to boost customer loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year in a supervisory retail position, strong leadership and communication skills, and readiness to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Proven ability to lead by example and drive sales while maintaining store standards.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and proper stock levels with visual updates.
• Open/close duties and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and participate in promotions.
