Job summary

This part-time role requires flexibility, including early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility based on hours and location.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager to ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crews by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and store crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
