Responsabilités

• Lead store staff when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms.
