Job summary

CVS Health in Dearborn, MI is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. You will lead the store crew when there is no manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, price and stock merchandise, and handle customer questions while upholding CVS policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers
