Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Store Associate at Store - S.ANT-ARBOR PARK, TX. You will help customers find products, assist with checkout, and support store operations to uphold our brand promises.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, participating in truck unloads, and engaging customers in rewards and credit card enrollments while maintaining a safe, in-stock store environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Support store recovery, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
